Services and products are non-refundable except as outlined below.
Refunds are only offered under specific conditions:
If the project requirements are not met as specified during the order placement.
If Pro Global Publishing is unable to deliver the agreed service after multiple revisions.
In cases of verified delays caused by the company.
Custom packages or special offers have been chosen.
Revisions beyond the initial concepts have been requested.
The customer has been unresponsive for more than two weeks.
The project is on hold at the customer’s request.
Policies outlined by the company have been violated.
Inadequate information or unclear creative briefs were provided by the client.
Disputes arise due to a change of mind or internal disagreements unrelated to service quality.
A 100% refund is offered before work has begun.
If you decide to cancel within one hour of placing an order, a refund is processed with a 15% deduction for processing fees.
Refunds are granted only after all available options for revisions and corrections have been exhausted. If the work remains unsatisfactory and does not align with documented requirements, refunds may be issued with a mutual agreement on a percentage.
Refunds for late delivery will only be granted after three documented attempts to resolve the delay. Evidence must confirm that the delay was due to the company’s fault.
Partial refunds may be issued for minor issues such as formatting or citation errors.
Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by the client.
Once a project is completed and approved, full refunds are not available.
