Refunds may be granted if:

A request is made within 1 business day of order placement and work has not begun.
We fail to deliver after 3 documented follow-ups, a 50% refund may be provided.
You have used at least 3 revisions and the service still does not meet basic standards.

We may also offer partial refunds or credit balances in certain cases.
