Copyright Ownership

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, all rights, ownership,
and copyrights to the final deliverables shall belong exclusively to the client unless
otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Pro Global Publishing retains no ownership rights to the completed manuscript,
book content, or related intellectual property provided to the client.

Payment Terms

All projects require payment according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service package.

Payments made to Pro Global Publishing are inclusive of applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.

Work on a project will commence only after payment has been received and confirmed.

Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, instructions, manuscripts,
reference materials, and project requirements necessary for completing the requested services.

Any additional work requested beyond the originally agreed scope may result in additional
charges and revised delivery timelines.

Revisions

Client satisfaction is important to us. Revision requests must be submitted within
7 calendar days of project delivery.

In special circumstances, Pro Global Publishing may extend the revision period
up to 14 calendar days at its sole discretion.

Revision turnaround times are generally as follows:

• Urgent projects requiring 24-hour delivery: revisions completed within 24 hours.
• Projects requiring 24–48-hour delivery: revisions completed within 48 hours.
• Projects requiring more than 48-hour delivery: revisions completed within 72 hours.

Revision requests that significantly alter the original project scope may be treated
as a new project and billed separately.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends upon the stage of project completion.

Before Project Commencement

Clients may request a refund before work has begun. Approved refunds may be subject
to administrative, payment processing, and transaction fees.

After Project Commencement

Refund requests will be evaluated based on work completed and project milestones achieved.

The following refund structure generally applies:

• Before manuscript development begins: Eligible for a refund less applicable processing fees.
• After manuscript development begins but before design or production work starts: Up to 75% refund of the purchase price.
• After design, formatting, editing, illustration, or production work has begun: Up to 50% refund of the purchase price.
• After final approval, publication, or project completion: No refund.

Refund requests submitted more than 90 calendar days after purchase will not be eligible for consideration.

Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, personal preferences, delays caused by the client,
or failure to provide required materials.

Publishing & Distribution

While Pro Global Publishing assists with publishing and distribution services, we do not guarantee:

• Book sales
• Bestseller rankings
• Publishing platform approval
• Media coverage
• Marketing performance
• Commercial success

Publishing platforms maintain independent policies and approval processes that remain outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

• Data transmission errors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Global Publishing,
its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities,
expenses, or legal actions arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Content supplied by you
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Intellectual Property Responsibility

Clients represent and warrant that all materials submitted to Pro Global Publishing
do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

The client assumes full responsibility for all content submitted for editing,
publishing, marketing, or distribution.

Modifications to Terms

Pro Global Publishing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms & Conditions.
